If this is your first Retsel hand mill, welcome aboard, you are now a member of a very large family. Now that you are a member of our family, you might want to know a little more about us. If sometimes we fail on our end, because we are human, we find it imperative to do our utmost to make it right. The Retsel Forever Warranty

We warranty each and every Retsel hand mill, grinder or juicer  to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product and we will repair or replace with a new mill at our option. Retsel  does not warrant its products against normal wear or misuse.  If your mill or grinder was damaged due to misuse, our repair department can analyze the damage and repair it for a reasonable fee. If your item is unable to be repaired, we will extend a one- time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new hand mill for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding any custom mills or web specials.

Product Service

How should I send in my product to the factory?

You're welcome to return your product by any shipping method that is most convenient for you. However, if you choose to send your product through the U.S. Postal Service, we do recommend you attain Delivery Confirmation. This will help provide assurance to you that the product has arrived to our facility. Please read our warranty text if you have any specific questions about our warranty.

Instructions for sending your product to the factory for evaluation:

Step #1- Prepare your product for shipment. For the safety of our technicians, please clean away any dirt or debris as much as possible from your mill.

Step #2- Package your hand mill in a box. Carefully pack the Product along with all of its accessories and other original materials in the original carton and packing materials (if still available) or in another suitable carton with sufficient protective padding to avoid injury to the Product during shipping. We recommend that you double box the electric mills when you ship them to us. By putting the electric motor in a smaller box, then putting that smaller box in to a slightly larger box, will prevent any serious damage to the mill in transit.
-A copy of your original packing slip or invoice. Please keep one copy for your own records.
-Your check or money order for $10.00, payable to RETSEL® CORPORATION.
-A note describing the problem that needs to be addressed.
3. Ship the Product, prepaid, by insured Parcel Post or Insured United Parcel Service (UPS) for your original purchase price to RETSEL® CORPORATION

Warranty FAQ's

When will I receive my product back?
Turnaround time is:
April thru August 1-4 weeks
September thru March 4-6 weeks

Will Retsel pay to have my product sent to their facility?
Retsel will not pay for the freight costs to their facility. However, Retsel will pay for all return expenses to your residence or business for warranty services.

Can I send my Retsel mill to the factory to have it seviced?
Retsel does service all the mills we have manufactured in our facility. The cost to have your mill serviced varies from a minimum of $50.00 up to several hundred dollars depending on the condition that the mill is in.

I broke a the electric mill on/off switch during normal operation and would like to replace the part myself, can you send me the part I need or do I have to send the mill to the factory to have the electric switch replaced by a trained technician?

For liability reasons, we do not sell or send individual electrical components, or anything that would require disassembly of the product, through the mail. Our products are designed to be disassembled by our factory-trained personnel only. Attempting to disassemble your Retsel  product yourself could result in lost components, compromise the mill’s functionality and void the warranty.
